All 48 contiguous states. Our strongest lanes run the Midwest, Texas triangle, Southeast and West Coast corridors, and our vetted carrier network covers everything in between.
Only if you ask us to. SMS updates are entirely optional: you give express consent by checking the SMS box on our rate request form, and that box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
If you opt in, we send conversational and informational messages about your freight inquiries, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, shipment status and customer service. Message frequency may vary. Yes. DDN Trucking LLC maintains active cargo and auto liability coverage and operates under FMCSA authority. A certificate of insurance can be issued to your company on request — email info@ddntrucking.com and we will have it sent from our agent.
Origin and destination (city and state), pickup date, equipment type, commodity, weight, and anything special — appointment windows, tarping, hazmat, temperature requirements or residential delivery. The more detail you send, the firmer the number.
Standard terms are net 30 for established accounts, with alternate arrangements available for new customers. Invoices are issued with the signed BOL and POD attached, so your AP team has everything it needs on day one.
