How consent is given: on our rate request form, an optional checkbox — unchecked by default — appears directly beneath the phone number field. Checking that box is the only way SMS consent is collected through this website.

After you send STOP, you will receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.
